1, the replacement conditions or free maintenance conditions
1) The returned products shall have complete outer packaging, DJ light, power box, power cord, accessories, manual, warranty, shipping list, and explanation of the reasons for return and exchange.
2) Complete product warranty card; (The warranty card has the "purchase date" on it, and machines purchased at the reseller or dealer must also have the merchant's seal).
3) Within the effective quality guarantee period from the date of purchase, the product fails in normal use (non-human failure).

5) No fault caused by unauthorized disassembly or accident.
2. Users in any of the following situations will not be able to enjoy the free after-sales service
1) The product has been used abnormally, stored under abnormal conditions, exposed to abnormal environment or transported abnormally.
2) Unauthorized repair, alteration or incorrect installation.
3) Damage caused by natural and man-made disasters (such as lightning and other accidents).
4) Damage caused by food or liquid splash.
5) Normal wear and tear of the product.
6) The customer does not contact the after-sales service department before returning or replacing the goods.
7) Out of the quality guarantee period.
8) Product body number is changed, altered or removed.
9) The products are not manufactured by our company.
Four, the product quality assurance period to determine the square test
The replacement or free warranty period shall be determined in the following order.
1) A warranty card bearing the "purchase date" and the official seal of the store purchased.
2) If the warranty card cannot determine the "purchase date", the warranty period will be subject to the date of the purchase invoice, receipt or "invoice".
3) If the warranty card cannot confirm the "date of purchase", and there is no receipt to prove the time of purchase, the factory date (body number) of our company will prevail.
Five, the principle of exchange and return
Once the products are sold, they will not be returned or exchanged except for quality problems. If you have any quality problems, please email us within seven days of receiving the product. Please understand if there is any inconvenience.

2. The products returned to the company shall indicate the reasons, quality problems and contact information, etc. So that we can find the cause analysis to solve the problem to ensure the quality.
